John J. Nickles, the principal member of Lewis & Nickles, Ltd joined the family real estate business in 1962, and has been at it full time since then appraising, buying, selling, renting, managing and consulting on residential, commercial and waterfront properties on the North Fork. Additionally he has held leadership positions in government and politics, serving the Southold he loves. With also over 40 years of service John was awarded REALTOR© Emeritus and earned 3 Realtor of the Year awards as well as serving as President of the local Realtor Association for 4 terms.
